Kawakawa leaf earrings

Kawakawa is a native New Zealand plant that has long been used in Maori medicine and is distinct for its holey leaves. In actual fact, the leaves are produced on the plant without holes, complete and perfect. It is a caterpillar that creates the holes and when sourcing leaves for medicine or food supplements, it is the holey leaves that are considered the best. Kawakawa is apparently good for skin complaints, toothache and kidney problems. Best part ….. it is also an aphrodisiac!!!!
Makes me think people will love these earrings even more 😉😆
