Refunds and Returns
- All photos of the jewellery are intended to demonstrate the style and type of the individual pieces. The photos do not show the exact piece unless otherwise stated. Should current inventory be required please email earthandseajewellery.nz@gmail.com with the request.
- The colour of the stones as shown may not be exact due to the differences in the calibration of the monitor you are using.
- All pieces come with a money back guarantee for workmanship. If a piece fails in the first 12 months please contact me to organise a repair/replacement.
Note: this does not include such things as tool marks, tarnish or perceived problems in the work. This is about something that breaks due to unforeseen workmanship issues.
- If you are not happy with a piece please contact me to discuss. I am all about trying to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. It may be possible to organise a refund or exchange with the understanding that you will be responsible for all costs associated with the return and/or resending of another piece.
- There is a reasonable expectation that these pieces will be treated with some degree of care. While they are well made and do contain stones they are not indestructible.
- I am a real person who cares about the quality of my work so please contact me with any problems and we can see what can be done.
